3 On the fourteenth day of this month at twilight you will keep it at its appointed time. Keep it according to all its regulations and its customary practices.
4 Moses instructed the Israelites to keep the Passover. 5 At twilight on the fourteenth day of the first month[a] they kept the Passover in the Sinai desert. The Israelites did everything just as the Lord commanded Moses.
