Ang Pagdakop kay Jesus(A)
47 Samtang nagahambal pa si Jesus, nag-abot si Judas nga isa sang dose ka apostoles. Kaupod niya ang madamo nga mga tawo nga may dala nga mga espada kag mga inuglampos. Ginsugo sila sang manugdumala nga mga pari kag mga manugdumala sang mga Judio. 48 Nakasiling na nga daan ang traidor nga si Judas sa mga manugdakop kon ano ang iya senyales: “Ang tawo nga akon halukan amo ang inyo ginapangita. Dakpa ninyo siya.” 49 Gani pag-abot ni Judas, nagderetso siya kay Jesus kag nagsiling, “Manunudlo, maayong gab-i.” Kag ginhalukan niya siya. 50 Nagsiling si Jesus sa iya, “Amigo, sige, himua na kon ano ang imo ginkadto diri.” Ginpalapitan nila si Jesus kag gindakop. 51 Ang isa sang mga kaupod ni Jesus naggabot sang iya espada kag ginlabo niya ang suluguon sang pangulo nga pari kag nautod ang dulunggan sini. 52 Nagsiling si Jesus sa iya, “Ibalik sa tagob ang imo espada! Ang nagagamit sang espada sa espada man mapatay. 53 Wala ka siguro kahibalo nga sarang ako makapangayo sing bulig sa akon Amay kag sa gilayon padal-an niya ako sing dose ka batalyon nga mga anghel? 54 Ugaling kon himuon ko ina, paano matuman ang Kasulatan nga amo ini ang kinahanglan matabo?”
55 Dayon nagsiling si Jesus sa mga tawo, “Ano, tulisan bala ako nga kinahanglan gid nga magdala pa kamo sang mga espada kag mga inuglampos sa pagdakop sa akon? Adlaw-adlaw didto ako sa templo nga nagatudlo. Ti ngaa wala ninyo ako pagdakpa? 56 Pero ini tanan nagakalatabo agod matuman ang ginsulat sang mga propeta sa Kasulatan.” Dayon ginbayaan siya sang iya mga sumulunod kag nagpalagyo sila tanan.

Jesus Arrested(A)
47 While he was still speaking, Judas,(B) one of the Twelve, arrived. With him was a large crowd armed with swords and clubs, sent from the chief priests and the elders of the people. 48 Now the betrayer had arranged a signal with them: “The one I kiss is the man; arrest him.” 49 Going at once to Jesus, Judas said, “Greetings, Rabbi!”(C) and kissed him.
50 Jesus replied, “Do what you came for, friend.”[a](D)
Then the men stepped forward, seized Jesus and arrested him. 51 With that, one of Jesus’ companions reached for his sword,(E) drew it out and struck the servant of the high priest, cutting off his ear.(F)
52 “Put your sword back in its place,” Jesus said to him, “for all who draw the sword will die by the sword.(G) 53 Do you think I cannot call on my Father, and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels?(H) 54 But how then would the Scriptures be fulfilled(I) that say it must happen in this way?”
55 In that hour Jesus said to the crowd, “Am I leading a rebellion, that you have come out with swords and clubs to capture me? Every day I sat in the temple courts teaching,(J) and you did not arrest me. 56 But this has all taken place that the writings of the prophets might be fulfilled.”(K) Then all the disciples deserted him and fled.

47 Sang nagahambal pa si Jesus, nag-abot ang madamo gid nga mga tawo. Si Judas mismo nga isa sang dose ka apostoles ang nagapanguna sa ila. Nagpalapit si Judas kay Jesus sa paghalok sa iya. 48 Nagsiling si Jesus sa iya, “Judas, traiduran mo bala ako nga Anak sang Tawo paagi sa isa ka halok?” 49 Sang makita sang mga upod ni Jesus nga may himuon na sa iya ang mga tawo, nagsiling sila, “Ginoo, panglabuon bala namon sila?” 50 Kag ginlabo sang isa sang mga sumulunod ni Jesus ang suluguon sang pangulo nga pari, kag nautod ang iya tuo nga dulunggan. 51 Pero nagsiling si Jesus sa ila, “Husto na ina!” Dayon ginbalik ni Jesus ang nautod nga dulunggan sang tawo kag gin-ayo niya.
52 Dayon nagsiling si Jesus sa manugdumala nga mga pari, sa mga opisyal sang mga guwardya sa templo, kag sa iban nga mga manugdumala sang mga Judio nga nagkadto didto sa pagdakop sa iya, “Ano, tulisan bala ako nga kinahanglan gid nga magdala pa kamo sang mga espada kag mga inuglampos sa pagdakop sa akon? 53 Adlaw-adlaw didto ako sa templo kag kamo didto man. Ti ngaa wala ninyo ako pagdakpa? Pero amo na ini ang inyo tion nga dakpon ako. Kag sa sini nga tion nagahari ang kadulom.”

Jesus Arrested(A)
47 While he was still speaking a crowd came up, and the man who was called Judas, one of the Twelve, was leading them. He approached Jesus to kiss him, 48 but Jesus asked him, “Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?”
49 When Jesus’ followers saw what was going to happen, they said, “Lord, should we strike with our swords?”(B) 50 And one of them struck the servant of the high priest, cutting off his right ear.
51 But Jesus answered, “No more of this!” And he touched the man’s ear and healed him.
52 Then Jesus said to the chief priests, the officers of the temple guard,(C) and the elders, who had come for him, “Am I leading a rebellion, that you have come with swords and clubs? 53 Every day I was with you in the temple courts,(D) and you did not lay a hand on me. But this is your hour(E)—when darkness reigns.”(F)

3 Gani nagkadto didto si Judas nga may dala nga Romanhon nga mga soldado pati mga guwardya sa templo nga ginsugo sang mga manugdumala nga mga pari kag sang mga Pariseo. May dala sila nga mga sulo kag mga parol, kag mga armas. 4 Nahibaluan ni Jesus ang tanan nga matabo sa iya, gani ginsugata niya sila kag ginpamangkot, “Sin-o bala ang inyo ginapangita?” 5 Nagsabat sila, “Si Jesus nga taga-Nazaret.” Nagsiling si Jesus sa ila, “Ako si Jesus.”
Si Judas nga traidor didto man nagatindog kaupod sang mga tawo nga nagapangita kay Jesus. 6 Pagsiling ni Jesus nga siya amo ang ila ginapangita, nag-isol sila kag nagkalatumba sa duta. 7 Ginpamangkot liwat sila ni Jesus kon sin-o gid ang ila ginapangita. Nagsiling sila liwat, “Si Jesus nga taga-Nazaret.” 8 Nagsiling si Jesus sa ila, “Indi bala nga ginsilingan ko na kamo nga ako? Gani kon ako gid man ang inyo ginapangita, pabay-i lang ninyo nga maghalin ining akon mga kaupod.” 9 (Ginhambal niya ini agod matuman ang iya ginsiling sa Amay, “Wala gid sing may nadula bisan isa sa imo ginhatag sa akon.”) 10 Karon, si Simon Pedro may dala nga espada. Gin-gabot niya ini kag ginlabo ang suluguon sang pangulo nga pari, kag nautod ang iya tuo nga dulunggan. Ang ngalan sang suluguon amo si Malcus. 11 Nagsiling si Jesus kay Pedro, “Ibalik sa tagob ang imo espada. Nagahunahuna ka bala nga indi ko pag-antuson ang mga ginapaantos sang Amay sa akon?”

12 Gindakop si Jesus sang Romanhon nga mga soldado nga ginpangunahan sang ila kapitan, kag kaupod man sang mga guwardya nga mga Judio. Gin-gapos nila siya

3 So Judas came to the garden, guiding(A) a detachment of soldiers and some officials from the chief priests and the Pharisees.(B) They were carrying torches, lanterns and weapons.
4 Jesus, knowing all that was going to happen to him,(C) went out and asked them, “Who is it you want?”(D)
5 “Jesus of Nazareth,”(E) they replied.
“I am he,” Jesus said. (And Judas the traitor was standing there with them.) 6 When Jesus said, “I am he,” they drew back and fell to the ground.
7 Again he asked them, “Who is it you want?”(F)
“Jesus of Nazareth,” they said.
8 Jesus answered, “I told you that I am he. If you are looking for me, then let these men go.” 9 This happened so that the words he had spoken would be fulfilled: “I have not lost one of those you gave me.”[a](G)
10 Then Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it and struck the high priest’s servant, cutting off his right ear. (The servant’s name was Malchus.)
11 Jesus commanded Peter, “Put your sword away! Shall I not drink the cup(H) the Father has given me?”
12 Then the detachment of soldiers with its commander and the Jewish officials(I) arrested Jesus. They bound him
