⁴⁸ When His parents saw Him, they were astonished, and His mother said to Him,^(A) “Son, why have You treated us like this? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for You.”^(B)

³ When the wine ran out, Jesus’ mother told Him, “They don’t have any wine.”

⁴ “What has this concern of yours to do with Me,^[a](A) woman?”^(B) Jesus asked. “My hour^[b] has not yet come.”

³ so His brothers^(A) said to Him, “Leave here and go to Judea so Your disciples can see Your works^(B) that You are doing. ⁴ For no one does anything in secret while he’s seeking public recognition. If You do these things, show Yourself to the world.” ⁵ (For not even His brothers believed in Him.)
