The Lord’s Prayer^(A)

11 Once Yeshua was praying in a certain place. When he stopped praying, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray as John taught his disciples.”

²Yeshua told them, “When you pray, say this:

Father,
    let your name be kept holy.
    Let your kingdom come.
³    Give us our bread day by day.
⁴    Forgive us as we forgive everyone else.
    Don’t allow us to be tempted.”
