Leviticus 27:19-21

¹⁹ If the person who dedicated the field redeems it, he must add one-fifth to its value in silver, so that it may be returned to him. ²⁰ But if he does not redeem the field but has sold the field to another person, it may no longer be redeemed. ²¹ When the field is released on the Jubilee, it will be set aside as holy. It belongs to the Lord as a dedicated field. It belongs to the priest as his holding.
