42 Then I will remember my covenant with Jacob. I will remember my covenant with Isaac. I will remember my covenant with Abraham. I will remember what I said to them about the land. 43 You will leave the land. It will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies deserted because you are not there. You will pay for your sins because you said no to my laws. You turned away from my rules. 44 But even after all that, I will not say no to you or turn away from you. I will not destroy you completely in the land of your enemies. I will not break my covenant with you. I am the Lord your God.

42 I will remember my covenant with Jacob(A) and my covenant with Isaac(B) and my covenant with Abraham,(C) and I will remember the land. 43 For the land will be deserted(D) by them and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies desolate without them. They will pay for their sins because they rejected(E) my laws and abhorred my decrees.(F) 44 Yet in spite of this, when they are in the land of their enemies,(G) I will not reject them or abhor(H) them so as to destroy them completely,(I) breaking my covenant(J) with them. I am the Lord their God.

43 The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.

44 And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the Lord their God.
