²⁴ So the woman gave birth to a son, and named him Samson; and the ^(A)child grew up and the Lord blessed him.

²⁶ Now the boy ^(A)Samuel was continuing to grow and to be in favor both with the Lord and with people.

¹⁹ Now ^(A)Samuel grew, and ^(B)the Lord was with him, and He ^(C)let none of his words ^[a]fail. ²⁰ And all Israel ^(D)from Dan even to Beersheba knew that Samuel was confirmed as a prophet of the Lord. ²¹ And ^(E)the Lord appeared again at Shiloh, ^(F)because the Lord revealed Himself to Samuel at Shiloh by the word of the Lord.

^80 (A)Now the child grew and was becoming strong in spirit, and he lived in the deserts until the day of his public appearance to Israel.

^40 (A)Now the Child continued to grow and to become strong, ^[a]increasing in wisdom; and the favor of God was upon Him.
