⁵¹Truly, truly I say to you, if anyone ^(A)follows My word, he will never ^(B)see death.”

John 8:51

New International Version

⁵¹Very truly I tell you, whoever obeys my word will never see death.”^(A)

⁵but whoever ^(A)follows His word, in him the ^(B)love of God has truly been perfected. ^(C)By this we know that we are in Him:

⁵But if anyone obeys his word,^(A) love for God^[a] is truly made complete in them.^(B) This is how we know^(C) we are in him:
