^5 (A)It is God who removes the mountains, and they do not know how,
When He overturns them in His anger.
⁶ It is He who ^(B)shakes the earth from its place,
And its ^(C)pillars tremble;
⁷ Who commands the ^(D)sun ^[a]not to shine,
And puts a seal on the stars;
⁸ Who alone ^(E)stretches out the heavens,
And ^[b](F)tramples down the waves of the sea;
⁹ Who makes the ^(G)Bear, Orion, and the Pleiades,
And the ^[c](H)constellations of the south.
¹⁰ It is He who ^(I)does great things, ^[d]the unfathomable,
And wondrous works without number.

^6 [a](A)Sheol is naked before Him,
And ^[b](B)Abaddon has no covering.
⁷ He ^(C)stretches out the north over empty space
And hangs the earth on nothing.
⁸ He ^(D)wraps up the waters in His clouds,
And the cloud does not burst under them.
⁹ He ^[c](E)obscures the face of the ^[d]full moon
And spreads His cloud over it.
¹⁰ He has inscribed a ^(F)circle on the surface of the waters
At the ^(G)boundary of light and darkness.
¹¹ The pillars of heaven tremble
And are amazed at His rebuke.
¹² With His power He ^(H)quieted the sea,
And by His ^(I)understanding He shattered ^[e](J)Rahab.
¹³ By His breath the ^(K)heavens are ^[f]cleared;
His hand has pierced ^(L)the fleeing serpent.
¹⁴ Behold, these are the fringes of His ways;
And how faint ^(M)a word we hear of Him!
But His mighty ^(N)thunder, who can understand?”

¹¹ Who has ^(A)been first to give to Me, that I should repay him?
Whatever is ^(B)under the entire heaven is Mine.
