²¹ The east ^(A)wind carries him away, and he is gone;
For it sweeps him ^(B)away from his place.
²² For it will hurl at him ^(C)without mercy;
He will certainly try to ^(D)flee from its ^[a]power.
²³ People will ^[b]clap their hands at him,
And will ^(E)whistle at him from their places.
