(A)Brimstone is scattered on his habitation.
16 “His (B)roots are dried below,
And his (C)branch is cut off above.
17 “(D)Memory of him perishes from the earth,
And he has no name abroad.
18 “[b]He is driven from light (E)into darkness,
And (F)chased from the inhabited world.

burning sulfur(B) is scattered over his dwelling.
16 His roots dry up below(C)
and his branches wither above.(D)
