^16 (A)I will scatter them among the nations ^(B)whom neither they nor their fathers have known, and I will ^(C)send the sword after them, until I have consumed them.”

¹³ Therefore ^(A)I will hurl you out of this land into ^(B)a land that neither you nor your fathers have known, ^(C)and there you shall serve other gods day and night, for I will show you no favour.’

⁴ You shall loosen your hand from your heritage that I gave to you, ^(A)and I will make you serve your enemies in a land that you do not know, ^(B)for in my anger a fire is kindled that shall burn for ever.”
