¹⁸ On that day those who are ^(A)deaf will hear ^(B)words of a book,
And out of their gloom and darkness the ^(C)eyes of those who are blind will see.
¹⁹ The ^(D)afflicted also will increase their joy in the Lord,
And the ^(E)needy of mankind will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.
