Isaiah 34:7-9

^7 (A)Wild oxen will also ^[a]fall with them
And ^(B)young bulls with strong ones;
Thus their land will be ^(C)soaked with blood,
And their dust ^[b]become greasy with fat.
⁸ For the Lord has a day of ^(D)vengeance,
A year of recompense for the ^[c]cause of Zion.
^9 [d]Its streams will be turned into pitch,
And its loose earth into ^(E)brimstone,
And its land will become burning pitch.
