²² Though your people be like the sand^(A) by the sea, Israel,
    only a remnant will return.^(B)
Destruction has been decreed,^(C)
    overwhelming and righteous.
²³ The Lord, the Lord Almighty, will carry out
    the destruction decreed^(D) upon the whole land.^(E)
