²¹ The Lord ^(A)smelled the soothing aroma, and the Lord said ^[a]to Himself, “I will never again ^(B)curse the ground on account of man, for ^(C)the ^[b]intent of man’s heart is evil from his youth; ^(D)and I will never again ^[c]destroy every living thing, as I have done.

¹⁸ And you shall offer up in smoke the whole ram on the altar; it is a burnt offering to the Lord: ^(A)it is a soothing aroma, an offering by fire to the Lord.

²⁵ Then ^(A)you shall take them from their hands, and offer them up in smoke on the altar on the burnt offering for a soothing aroma before the Lord; it is an offering by fire to the Lord.

¹³ The entrails, however, and the legs he shall wash with water. And ^(A)the priest shall offer all of it, and offer it up in smoke on the altar; it is a burnt offering, an offering by fire of a soothing aroma to the Lord.

³ and you make ^(A)an offering by fire to the Lord, a burnt offering or a sacrifice to ^[a](B)fulfill a special vow, or as a ^[b]voluntary offering or at your ^(C)appointed times, to make a ^(D)soothing aroma to the Lord from the herd or from the flock,

² and ^(A)walk in love, just as Christ also ^(B)loved ^[a]you and ^(C)gave Himself up for us, an ^(D)offering and a sacrifice to God ^[b]as a ^(E)fragrant aroma.
