¹⁸ On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying, “I give this land to your offspring,^(A) from the brook of Egypt^(B) to the Euphrates River:^{[a] 19} the land of the Kenites, Kenizzites, Kadmonites, ²⁰ Hittites, Perizzites, Rephaim, ²¹ Amorites, Canaanites, Girgashites, and Jebusites.”

³ stay in this land as a foreigner, and I will be with you and bless you.^(A) For I will give all these lands to you and your offspring,^(B) and I will confirm the oath that I swore to your father Abraham.^(C)
