²³Yet did not the chief butler remember Joseph, but forgat him.

⁹Then the chief cupbearer said to Pharaoh, “Today I am reminded of my shortcomings.^(A)

⁹Then spake the chief butler unto Pharaoh, saying, I do remember my faults this day:

¹⁵Now there lived in that city a man poor but wise, and he saved the city by his wisdom. But nobody remembered that poor man.^(A)

¹⁵Now there was found in it a poor wise man, and he by his wisdom delivered the city; yet no man remembered that same poor man.
