3 And she said, Behold my maid Bilhah, go in to her, and she shall bear upon my [a]knees, and [b]I shall have children also by her.

4 Then she gave him Bilhah her maid to wife, and Jacob went in to her.

5 So Bilhah conceived and bare Jacob a son.

3 Then she said, “Here is Bilhah,(A) my servant.(B) Sleep with her so that she can bear children for me and I too can build a family through her.”(C)

4 So she gave him her servant Bilhah as a wife.(D) Jacob slept with her,(E) 5 and she became pregnant and bore him a son.
