8 And Abraham said, “My son, God will provide for Himself the (A)lamb for a (B)burnt offering.” So the two of them went together.
9 Then they came to the place of which God had told him. And Abraham built an altar there and placed the wood in order; and he bound Isaac his son and (C)laid him on the altar, upon the wood. 10 And Abraham stretched out his hand and took the knife to slay his son.

8 Abraham answered, “God himself will provide(A) the lamb(B) for the burnt offering, my son.” And the two of them went on together.
9 When they reached the place God had told him about,(C) Abraham built an altar(D) there and arranged the wood(E) on it. He bound his son Isaac and laid him on the altar,(F) on top of the wood. 10 Then he reached out his hand and took the knife(G) to slay his son.(H)
