^28 (A)his breath is ^(B)like an overflowing stream
    that reaches up to the neck;
to sift the nations with the sieve of destruction,
    and to place on the jaws of the peoples ^(C)a bridle that leads astray.

^2 (A)The Lord God has sworn by his holiness
    that, behold, the days are coming upon you,
^(B)when they shall take you away with hooks,
    ^(C)even the last of you with fish-hooks.
