12 “‘Tarshish(A) did business with you because of your great wealth of goods;(B) they exchanged silver, iron, tin and lead for your merchandise.

13 “‘Greece,(C) Tubal and Meshek(D) did business with you; they traded human beings(E) and articles of bronze for your wares.

14 “‘Men of Beth Togarmah(F) exchanged chariot horses, cavalry horses and mules for your merchandise.

15 “‘The men of Rhodes[a](G) traded with you, and many coastlands(H) were your customers; they paid you with ivory(I) tusks and ebony.

16 “‘Aram[b](J) did business with you because of your many products; they exchanged turquoise,(K) purple fabric, embroidered work, fine linen,(L) coral(M) and rubies for your merchandise.

17 “‘Judah and Israel traded with you; they exchanged wheat(N) from Minnith(O) and confections,[c] honey, olive oil and balm(P) for your wares.(Q)

18 “‘Damascus(R) did business with you because of your many products and great wealth of goods.(S) They offered wine from Helbon, wool from Zahar 19 and casks of wine from Izal(T) in exchange for your wares: wrought iron, cassia(U) and calamus.

20 “‘Dedan(V) traded in saddle blankets with you.

21 “‘Arabia(W) and all the princes of Kedar(X) were your customers; they did business with you in lambs, rams and goats.

22 “‘The merchants of Sheba(Y) and Raamah traded with you; for your merchandise they exchanged the finest of all kinds of spices(Z) and precious stones, and gold.(AA)

18 Damascus was thy merchant in the multitude of the wares of thy making, for the multitude of all riches; in the wine of Helbon, and white wool.

19 Dan also and Javan going to and fro occupied in thy fairs: bright iron, cassia, and calamus, were in thy market.

20 Dedan was thy merchant in precious clothes for chariots.

21 Arabia, and all the princes of Kedar, they occupied with thee in lambs, and rams, and goats: in these were they thy merchants.

22 The merchants of Sheba and Raamah, they were thy merchants: they occupied in thy fairs with chief of all spices, and with all precious stones, and gold.

They brought you ivory tusks and ebony as payment. 16 Syria was your merchant because of the abundance of goods you made. They gave you for your wares emeralds, purple, embroidery, fine linen, corals, and rubies. 17 Judah and the land of Israel were your traders. They traded for your merchandise wheat of (F)Minnith, millet, honey, oil, and (G)balm. 18 Damascus was your merchant because of the abundance of goods you made, because of your many luxury items, with the wine of Helbon and with white wool. 19 Dan and Javan paid for your wares, [a]traversing back and forth.
