¹⁸ Then ^(A)they will heed your voice; and ^(B)you shall come, you and the elders of Israel, to the king of Egypt; and you shall say to him, ‘The Lord God of the Hebrews has ^(C)met with us; and now, please, let us go three days’ journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to the Lord our God.’

¹⁶ And you shall say to him, ^(A)‘The Lord God of the Hebrews has sent me to you, saying, “Let My people go, ^(B)that they may ^[a]serve Me in the wilderness”; but indeed, until now you would not hear!

⁹ And Moses said, “We will go with our young and our old; with our sons and our daughters, with our flocks and our herds we will go, for ^(A)we must hold a feast to the Lord.”
