⁵ Now then, ^(A)if you will indeed obey My voice and ^(B)keep My covenant, then you shall be ^(C)My ^[a]own possession among all the peoples, for ^(D)all the earth is Mine;

¹⁷ “And they will be ^(A)Mine,” says the Lord of armies, “on the ^(B)day that I ^[a]prepare My ^(C)own possession, and I will have compassion for them just as a man ^(D)has compassion for his own son who serves him.”

¹⁴ who ^(A)gave Himself for us ^(B)to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to ^(C)purify for Himself a ^(D)people for His own possession, ^(E)eager for good deeds.

⁹ But you are ^(A)a chosen people, a royal ^(B)priesthood, a ^(C)holy nation, ^(D)a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you ^(E)out of darkness into His marvelous light;
