¹⁴^(A)The peoples have heard; they tremble;
    pangs have seized the inhabitants of Philistia.
¹⁵Now are the chiefs of Edom ^(B)dismayed;
    trembling seizes the leaders of ^(C)Moab;
    ^(D)all the inhabitants of Canaan have melted away.
