¹⁸ When they heard this they became silent. Then they glorified God, saying, “So God has granted repentance resulting in life^[a] even to the Gentiles!”^(A)

⁵ When our days there were over, we left to continue our journey, while all of them, with their wives and children, escorted us out of the city. After kneeling down on the beach to pray,

²⁴ whenever I travel to Spain.^[a] For I hope to see you when I pass through, and to be assisted by you for my journey there,^(A) once I have first enjoyed your company^(B) for a while.

⁶ and perhaps I will remain with you or even spend the winter, so that you may send me on my way wherever I go.

¹¹ Therefore, no one should look down^(A) on him. Send him on his way in peace so he can come to me, for I am expecting him with the brothers.^[a]

¹⁶ and to go on to Macedonia^(A) with your help, then come to you again from Macedonia and be given a start by you^(B) on my journey^(C) to Judea.^(D)

¹³ Diligently help Zenas the lawyer and Apollos^(A) on their journey, so that they will lack^(B) nothing.

⁶ They have testified to your love in front of the church.^(A) You will do well to send them on their journey^(B) in a manner worthy of God,^(C)
