³³^(A)this he has fulfilled to us their children by raising Jesus, as also it is written in the second Psalm,

^(B)“‘You are my Son,
today I have begotten you.’

³⁴And as for the fact that he raised him from the dead, ^(C)^(D)no more to return to corruption, he has spoken in this way,

“‘I will give you ^(E)the holy and sure blessings of David.’

³⁵Therefore he says also in another psalm,

^(F)“‘You will not let your Holy One see corruption.’

³³he has fulfilled for us, their children, by raising up Jesus.^(A) As it is written in the second Psalm:

“‘You are my son;
today I have become your father.’^[a]^(B)

³⁴God raised him from the dead so that he will never be subject to decay. As God has said,

“‘I will give you the holy and sure blessings promised to David.’^[b]^(C)

³⁵So it is also stated elsewhere:

“‘You will not let your holy one see decay.’^[c]^(D)
