²⁵As Peter entered the house, Cornelius met him and fell at his feet in reverence.

²^(A)And behold, a leper^[a] came to him and ^(B)knelt before him, saying, “Lord, if you will, you can make me clean.”

²A man with leprosy^[a]^(A) came and knelt before him^(B) and said, “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.”

Matthew 8:2 The Greek word traditionally translated leprosy was used for various diseases affecting the skin.
