^4 (A)Then the city was broken into, and all the men of war fled by night by way of the gate between the two walls that were beside ^(B)the king’s garden, though the Chaldeans were all around the city. And ^[a]they went by way of the Arabah.

⁴ And when Zedekiah the king of Judah and all the men of war saw them, they ^(A)fled and left the city at night by way of the king’s garden through the gate ^(B)between the two walls; and he went out toward the ^[a]Arabah.

⁷ Then the city was ^(A)breached, and all the ^(B)warriors fled and left the city at night by way of the gate between the two walls which was by the king’s garden, though the Chaldeans were ^[a](C)all around the city. And they went by way of the Arabah.

⁶ Load the baggage on your shoulder in their sight and carry it out in the dark. You shall ^(A)cover your face so that you cannot see the land, for I have set you as a ^(B)sign to the house of Israel.”
