Pride Is Uzziah’s Undoing

¹⁶ But ^(A)when he became strong, his heart was so ^[a]proud that he acted corruptly, and he was untrue to the Lord his God, for ^(B)he entered the temple of the Lord to burn incense on the altar of incense.

³¹ Even in the matter of ^(A)the messengers of the rulers of Babylon, who were sent to him to inquire about ^(B)the wonder that had happened in the land; God left him alone only ^(C)to test him, so that He might know everything that was in his heart.
