12 Also (A)the hand of God was on Judah to give them singleness of heart to obey the command of the king and the leaders, (B)at the word of the Lord.

13 Now many people, a very great assembly, gathered at Jerusalem to keep the Feast of (C)Unleavened Bread in the second month. 14 They arose and took away the (D)altars that were in Jerusalem, and they took away all the incense altars and cast them into the Brook (E)Kidron.

12 Also in Judah the hand of God was on the people to give them unity(A) of mind to carry out what the king and his officials had ordered, following the word of the Lord.

13 A very large crowd of people assembled in Jerusalem to celebrate the Festival of Unleavened Bread(B) in the second month. 14 They removed the altars(C) in Jerusalem and cleared away the incense altars and threw them into the Kidron Valley.(D)
