^35 (A)And Samuel did not see Saul again until the day of his death, ^(B)but Samuel grieved over Saul. ^(C)And the Lord regretted that he had made Saul king over Israel.

²⁹ And also the Glory of Israel ^(A)will not lie or have regret, for he is not a man, that he should have regret.”

⁶ And ^(A)the Lord was sorry that he had made man on the earth, and it ^(B)grieved him to his heart.
