⁵ For Solomon went after ^(A)Ashtoreth the goddess of the Sidonians, and after ^(B)Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites.

⁷ Then Solomon built a high place for ^(A)Chemosh the abomination of Moab, and for ^(B)Molech the abomination of the Ammonites, on the mountain east of Jerusalem.

³³ because they have^[a] forsaken me ^(A)and worshiped Ashtoreth the goddess of the Sidonians, Chemosh the god of Moab, and Milcom the god of the Ammonites, and they have not walked in my ways, doing what is right in my sight and keeping my statutes and my rules, as David his father did.

¹³ And the king defiled the high places that were east of Jerusalem, to the south of ^(A)the mount of corruption, which Solomon the king of Israel had built for ^(B)Ashtoreth the abomination of the Sidonians, and for ^(C)Chemosh the abomination of Moab, and for ^(D)Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites.
