²⁰ For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power.

⁴ In fact, He was crucified^(A) in weakness, but He lives^(B) by God’s power. For we also are weak in Him,^(C) yet toward you we will live^(D) with Him by God’s power.

¹⁶ They profess to know God,^(A) but they deny Him by their works.^(B) They are detestable, disobedient, and disqualified for any good work.^(C)
