Their drink is sour; they have committed whoredom continually; her rulers with shame do love, ‘Give ye.’
Their drink is become sour; they play the harlot continually; her rulers dearly love shame.
When their liquor is gone [and their drinking parties are over], They habitually go to play the prostitute; Ephraim’s rulers continue to dearly love shame [more than her glory which is the Lord, Israel’s God].
Their drinking carousal over, they go habitually to play the harlot; [Ephraim’s] rulers [continue to] love shame more than her glory [which is the Lord, Israel’s God].
Their drink is sour: they have committed whoredom continually: her rulers with shame do love, Give ye.
When their drinking is over, they turn to promiscuity. Israel’s leaders fervently love disgrace.
Though they have stopped drinking, they continue to behave like prostitutes; indeed, they “love”; shame is their pride.
When they finish carousing, they start their whoring; their rulers deeply love dishonor.
You get drunk, then sleep with prostitutes; you would rather be vulgar than lead a decent life.
Their drink is sour; they give themselves up to whoredom; her great men passionately love [their] shame.
Their banquet is separated, they have gone astray by fornication: they that should have protected them have loved to bring shame upon them.
Ephraim has joined their drunkenness. Let them continue to be prostitutes. Let them be with their lovers.
After they have drunk enough wine, they are happy to sleep with prostitutes. They enjoy doing things that should make them ashamed.
Their alcoholic drinks are used up, but they keep practicing sexual immorality anyway. Their rulers, who should be their shields, instead love shame.
When their drink is gone, they give themselves to whoring; their rulers dearly love shame.

Their drunkenness stinketh: they have committed whoredom: their rulers love to say with shame, Bring ye.
When they’re done drinking their wine, they continue to have sex with the prostitutes. Their rulers dearly love to act shamefully.
After drinking much wine, they delight in their prostitution, preferring disgrace to honor.
When their drinking is over, they turn to promiscuity. Israel’s leaders fervently love disgrace.
Her rulers get drunk. Then they give themselves to being prostitutes. They love these disgraceful things.
While drinking to excess, they prostitute themselves. They’re in love with dishonor.
Their drink has become corrupted; they have committed whoredom continually; her princes love gifts, shamefully.
Their drink is sour: they have committed whoredom continually: her rulers with shame do love, Give ye.

When their drinking has ended, they surely indulge in sexual orgies. They love lewdness more than their glory.
“The men of Israel finish up their drinking bouts, and off they go to find some whores. Their love for shame is greater than for honor.
“You’ve ruined your own life, Israel— but don’t drag Judah down with you! Don’t go to the sex shrine at Gilgal, don’t go to that sin city Bethel, Don’t go around saying ‘God bless you’ and not mean it, taking God’s name in vain. Israel is stubborn as a mule. How can God lead him like a lamb to open pasture? Ephraim is addicted to idols. Let him go. When the beer runs out, it’s sex, sex, and more sex. Bold and sordid debauchery— how they love it! The whirlwind has them in its clutches. Their sex-worship leaves them finally impotent.”

They consume their alcohol, then engage in cult prostitution; they dearly love their shameful behavior.
They continue to be unfaithful to me even when their drinks are gone. And their rulers love to do shameful things.

the feast of them is parted. By fornication they did fornication, the defenders thereof loved to bring shame. (their feast is over; they adultery after adultery, that is, idolatry after idolatry, and they loved shame more than honour, or glory.)
Sour [is] their drink, They have gone diligently a-whoring, Her protectors have loved shame thoroughly.
