New International Version

³For even Christ did not please himself^(A) but, as it is written: “The insults of those who insult you have fallen on me.”^[a]^(B)

²⁹Take my yoke upon you, and ^(A)learn from me, for I am ^(B)gentle and lowly in heart, and ^(C)you will find rest for your souls.
