⁷ He gathered the water of the sea into ·a heap [or jars; bottles].
    He ·made the great ocean stay in its place [^Lplaced the deeps in a storehouse; Job 38:8–11].
⁸ All the earth should ·worship [fear; hold in awe] the Lord [Prov. 1:7];
    ·the whole [^Lall the inhabitants of the] world should ·fear him [hold him in awe].
⁹ He spoke, and it happened.
