The Son Reveals the Father

²¹ In that same hour^(A) He^[a] rejoiced in the Holy^[b] Spirit^(B) and said, “I praise^[c] You, Father,^(C) Lord of heaven and earth,^(D) because You have hidden these things from the wise and the learned^(E) and have revealed them to infants.^(F) Yes, Father, because this was Your good pleasure.^[d](G)

⁵ He predestined us to be adopted through Jesus Christ for Himself, according to His favor and will,

⁹ He made known to us the mystery of His will,^(A) according to His good pleasure that He planned in Him^(B)

¹³ For it is God who is working in you, enabling you both to desire and to work out His good purpose.
