¹¹ ‘But ^(A)if his ^[a]means are insufficient for two turtledoves or two young doves, then for his offering for that which he has sinned, he shall bring the tenth of an ^[b]ephah of fine flour as a sin offering; ^(B)he shall not put oil on it or place incense on it, for it is a sin offering.

⁸ But if ^[a]she cannot afford a lamb, then she shall take ^(A)two turtledoves or two young doves, ^(B)the one as a burnt offering and the other as a ^[b]sin offering; and the ^(C)priest shall make atonement for her, and she will be clean.’”

⁸ But if he is poorer than your assessment, then he shall be presented before the priest, and the priest shall assess him; ^(A)according to ^[a]the means of the one who vowed, the priest shall assess him.
