¹³ I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, so that you would no longer be their slaves. I broke the bars of your yoke^(A) and enabled you to live in freedom.^[a]

¹² be careful not to forget the Lord who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the place of slavery.^(A)

¹⁴ be careful that your heart doesn’t become proud and you forget the Lord your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the place of slavery.^(A)

¹⁰ Stone him to death for trying to turn you away from the Lord your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the place of slavery.^(A)

¹⁷ For the Lord our God brought us and our ancestors out of the land of Egypt, out of the place of slavery,^(A) and performed these great signs before our eyes. He also protected us all along the way we went and among all the peoples whose lands we traveled through.
