²⁷ Do not ^(A)work for the food that perishes, but for the food that lasts for ^(B)eternal life, which ^(C)the Son of Man will give you, for on Him the Father, God, ^(D)has set His ^[a]seal.”

¹¹ and he ^(A)received the sign of circumcision, ^(B)a seal of the righteousness of the faith which ^[a]he had while uncircumcised, so that he might be ^(C)the father of ^(D)all who believe without being circumcised, that righteousness might be credited to them,

²⁸ Therefore, when I have finished this, and ^(A)have ^[a]put my seal on this fruit of theirs, I will ^(B)go on by way of you to Spain.

² If I am not an apostle to others, at least I am to you; for you are the ^(A)seal of my ^(B)apostleship in the Lord.

²² who also ^(A)sealed us and ^(B)gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a ^[a]pledge.

¹³ In ^[a]Him, ^[b]you also, after listening to ^(A)the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation—having also ^[c]believed, you were ^(B)sealed in ^[d]Him with ^(C)the Holy Spirit of the promise,

^30 (A)Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, ^[a]by whom you were ^(B)sealed for the day of redemption.

¹⁹ Nevertheless, the ^(A)firm foundation of God stands, having this ^(B)seal: “^(C)The Lord knows those who are His;” and, “^(D)Everyone who names the name of the Lord is to keep away from wickedness.”

³ saying, “^(A)Do not harm the earth, or the sea, or the trees until we have ^(B)sealed the bond-servants of our God on their ^(C)foreheads.”

⁴ And I heard the ^(D)number of those who were sealed: ^(E)144,000, sealed from every tribe of the sons of Israel:
