¹⁴ But now the Lord says: “Within three years,^(A) as a servant bound by contract^(B) would count them,^(C) Moab’s splendor and all her many people will be despised,^(D) and her survivors will be very few and feeble.”^(E)

¹⁶ This is what the Lord says to me: “Within one year, as a servant bound by contract^(A) would count it, all the splendor^(B) of Kedar^(C) will come to an end.
