¹⁵ “If I were to cause ^(A)vicious animals to pass through the land and they ^[a]depopulated it, and it became desolate so that no one would pass through it because of the animals,

¹¹ A human foot will ^(A)not pass through it, nor will the foot of an animal pass through it, and it will not be inhabited for forty years.

²⁸ And I will ^(A)make the land a desolation and a waste, and the ^(B)pride of her power will be brought to an end; and the mountains of Israel will be deserted so that no one will pass through.
