Genesis 24:7-9

⁷ Yahweh, the God of heaven who took me from the house of my father and from the land of my family, and who spoke to me and swore to me, saying, ‘to your offspring I will give this land,’ he will send his angel before you, and you shall take a wife for my son from there. ⁸ And if the woman is not willing to follow^[a] you, then you shall be released from this oath of mine—only you must not return my son there.” ⁹ Then the servant put his hand under the thigh of Abraham his master, and he swore to him concerning this matter.
