²³ So Peter^[a] welcomed them as his guests. The next day, he got up and went with them, and some of the brothers from Joppa went along with him.

Peter Speaks with Cornelius

²⁴ The next day, they arrived in Caesarea. Cornelius was expecting them and had called his relatives and close friends together. ²⁵ When Peter was about to enter, Cornelius met him, bowed down at his feet, and began to worship him.
